The Myth Is Canada - A Nephalem Films Documentary

The documentary film The Myth is Canada will certainly be informative, ground-breaking, and massively enlightening for The People of Canada.

The Myth Is Canada
The Myth Is Canada
Ever think about why our elected representatives overlook us, I mean really, truly ignore us when elected? Ever speculate why almost nothing of what is truly very important to you, to The People of Canada, really gets executed by our chosen representatives? The answers to most of these inquiries are brought to light in Canada’s historical past, and this is where we are going to be taking you. But first…

The basic truth is that, the moment elected, there is no duty for an elected political leader to accomplish their election promises. Truly. These people say to us all what we desire to hear and then, once elected, perform their plan, commonly some thing entirely different - and most often, definitely not to our benefit! All the while spending and throwing away our hard earned money, with no accountability!

What about the provincial / federal authorities telling everyone what to do, how to do it, mandating permits for this - permits for that, telling you where to school your kids, perhaps even taking your children apart from you if you will not conform with everything that the government demands and requires you to do... Isn’t Canada designed to be a free nation? This is IN NO WAY freedom!

This particular movie, The Myth Is Canada will provide to its audience the real truth concerning Canada - the real truth that all these so-called political emperors would not want you to find out about. The details that we currently have to talk about with our viewers will certainly be an eye opener. We have even presented a historical timeline of events http://nephalemfilms.com/historic.html on our site to get you started out while we raise the capital to help make this film a reality. Come take a look at us!

Losing Unalienable Rights To Tyranny

The historical past of the western world established a history of law which declares that all The People own unalienable rights and if these rights are taken from us, it is also our right to take a stand to defend them. What are unalienable rights? By definition, they are specific rights that can not be sold or transferred without your consent.

In this day and age the vast majority of us today seem to be oblivious of such rights and that fact tends to make it so much easier for government to take them away from us. And that is precisely what these people have been engaging in for a really long time, thanks to this lack of knowledge.

So the million dollar question is: do we possess unalienable rights or tyranny? (◄ read the full post here) If our unalienable rights are being forgotten and/or trampled upon by govt, subsequently we must be existing in a tyranny.

What established and is supposed to conserve these rights is the rule of law and is a thing we should additionally all be well schooled on, but again that just simply doesn’t seem to be the case. An example of one of these unalienable rights deceptively being taken from all of us is the natural right to use the road. You can ask people if they believe that the right to use the road is a right or a privilege and they will likely say to you the latter.

What Is Natural Law And The Rule Of Law?

The Magna Carta at present is still viewed upon as the crucial binding agreement concerning the King (government) and The People which instilled the foundation of constitutions for Common Law countries all around the earth. All these constitutions are rule books of which instruct governing organizations on everything that they can and cannot do in relation to the protection of our unalienable rights - our liberties.

The Cornerstone For The Rule Of Law
It as well symbolizes the foundation for all our laws as the rule of law came to be established with principles throughout the court systems. Consequently these principles together established our God given unalienable rights together with the rule of law. This was all established to recognize the superiority of this greatest law - to view it as the just law above all others.

Is this law still intact today? Certainly it is, but it has for many decades and still (more quickly) is actually being systematically taken away. Read the complete post right here: The Rule of Law.

Likewise, you may really want to find out about one of your own natural liberties in which you have really been bred to believe is a privilege - The Natural Right To Use The Road. We happen to be talking with regards to God given rights in this article and I just wanted to be crystal clear that this isn’t about religion and have also wrote about God's Role In Law.

Acts of Legislation And Their Jurisdiction Boundaries

Laws and regulations in modern society are governing you and me, but how much authority do they have? The answer: as much as we provide to them. I’m talking about Acts of legislation. Is there some other law that affects all these Acts? You bet there is...

The Jurisdiction Of Acts
Documents in the USA like the Declaration of Independence and documents in Canada such as the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Canadian Bill of Rights assert something along the lines of principles (of Law) of which acknowledge the supremacy of God and the rule of law.

So ask yourself, is there a greater law then these legislative Acts? First, we need to take a look at the jurisdiction of these acts. Read through the whole article pertaining to that right here:

In this post we have talked with regards to God and I have written an additional post named God in Law. As well I have at the same time pointed out the rule of law and this expression has got a whole lot to do with the basic foundation of our liberties, so of course, I had to create an post called The Rule of Law. This previous link truly answers the questions above as well as proving to us how far removed we all are from that foundation.

The Right To Use The Road Is An Unalienable Right

The heritage of our laws says to us that we have long fought for what is recognized as natural rights. Natural rights have at the same time been known as common law rights and / or unalienable rights. We can even say they are actually God given rights.

The Right to Use the Road is a Natural Right
So what exactly are these rights? In advance of giving answers to that question, let me define it for you: they are actually rights that simply cannot be sold or transferred without your approval. Some of these are the right to personal safety and freedom, one’s good name, to own property and free use of the road ways.

Yes, the right to use the road is a natural right (◄ read the entire post here) that any individual or government body cannot take away from people without just cause.

The strength of guarding this right resides in case law which is where the rule of law has been recognized, which actually seems like a rather long time ago as We The People have granted corrupt government to deceive us with inferior Acts of law.

Recording Your Own Hearing In A Court Of Law

In my numerous visits into the courtrooms of my area in defense of my liberties, I encountered some very aggressive situations. Recording all these incidents was a vital task in unveiling the faults of our justice process.

It's The Law - You Can Record Your Own Courtroom Hearing

It also will help to have the exact events of that said day available to help in developing your defense (appeal) right away instead of waiting several months just for transcripts.

In Ontario, the Courts of Justice Act is a rule book for idol judges carrying out their duties and this says (in more or less words) that, “nothing prohibits a party acting in person from unobtrusively making an audio recording at a court hearing, for the sole purpose of supplementing or replacing handwritten notes”.

You can read the full article right here: http://nomoretyranny.net/recording-your-own-hearing-in-a-court-of-law.

In my ventures, there is certainly one factor that was clear and anyone can call it incompetence or corruption, several judges I confronted blatantly overlooked their own rules. They ignored an Act of law that states plainly how they should carryout their duties - therefore, they obstructed justice and “broke the law” them selves.

Our Heritage Of Law Reveals God’s Role

Historical written documents in the US such as the Declaration of Independence in addition to Canada’s Charter of Freedoms and Bill of Rights assert, in more or less terms, that their nation’s foundation is grounded on principles that identify the superiority of God.

Our Heritage Of Law Shows Us God's Role In Law

Hence if supreme law is recognized here, then every courtroom needs to identify with historical judgements that are presented before them that tie into this legacy and let those previous judgements guide them in making their own.

I have explored the concept of God in Law (◄ read the full article here) and there is some revealing details to be observed.

These same principles also acknowledge the Rule of Law that produced the foundation for our constitutions. We are actually gifted with unalienable rights and these rights consist of very essential necessities including the natural right to use the road. One of my arguments in defending this common law right was challenging the jurisdiction of the Act in question.

Is this in fact transpiring? Are the courts recognizing this established supreme law? In a lot of cases, no, as I have individually experienced with matters I have dealt with in our courts here locally.
