The Right To Use The Road Is An Unalienable Right

The heritage of our laws says to us that we have long fought for what is recognized as natural rights. Natural rights have at the same time been known as common law rights and / or unalienable rights. We can even say they are actually God given rights.

The Right to Use the Road is a Natural Right
So what exactly are these rights? In advance of giving answers to that question, let me define it for you: they are actually rights that simply cannot be sold or transferred without your approval. Some of these are the right to personal safety and freedom, one’s good name, to own property and free use of the road ways.

Yes, the right to use the road is a natural right (◄ read the entire post here) that any individual or government body cannot take away from people without just cause.

The strength of guarding this right resides in case law which is where the rule of law has been recognized, which actually seems like a rather long time ago as We The People have granted corrupt government to deceive us with inferior Acts of law.
